MDB harassment…..my spouse gets calls from 7am to 8pm and over weekends regarding debts that her infirm mother has incurred. This company is harassing, threatening and providing details to an unverified 3rd party. Your behaviour is shameful and then you ONLY take calls during “office hours” so why don’t you dispense the same respect to others?
PPS decides to cancel my policy with them unilaterally but is still deducting 5k through their debit order off my account (April) despite this? So you can take money from and unemployment “disabled” man but simply can’t pay anything against his claim…..lost for words!
The saga continues…..PPS unilaterally decides to cancel my unemployment and disability policy with then due to “non-disclosure” on some pages that were not even signed by myself and info not relevant to claim. So in other words is cheaper to cancel the policy due than pay-out to someone who is unemployed and has a temp disability while they earn their corporate millions!??? STAY WELL FROM THIS PROF PILFERING SOCIETY
Have unemployment insurance and disability insurance with this company and have been corresponding and jumping through hoops with them for months to try any benefits. They are happy to take nearly 5k per month when you employed, but certainly not willing to reciprocate when you suddenly find yourself unemployed or worse. My advise would be to avoid them......
Just when you thought things couldn’t get worse……Standard Bank decides to only respond by email to Forex queries. So they happily dish out their 08660….. number which has not exited for 2 months now apparently? This is a regular payment from a Standard Bank forex account to a local RSA account and we are now over 2 weeks into this process and countless emails and phone call and no forex when the initial transaction was done on the 26th of last month!??? POP goes debit orders….credit ratings…..but who cares right!???
Red Flag Service at Radisson Red Hotel In Rosebank. As unfortunate 1st time client of this institution I was left at the airport after a gueling international flight landing 4am, had 4 cold showers during my stay, ran out of both toilet paper and bottled water, was offered a drunken shuttle driver to transport me back to the airport. When indicated this to be the case, they kindly ordered me an Uber for which I had pay? Only positive thing was the manager offered me an apology and a free lunch for all the issues encountered above. If only he had left it at that, so would I have. But same man then goes and lodged a formal (False) complaint against me with my HR manager accusing me of aggressive behaviour? Really Radisson is this how your treat your time clients….sbs shocking
ABSA Credit Card division holds onto an inward forex payment of 25k for over a week not for the first time. Worst about this in then they damage your credit profile based on thier own ineptitude? Also thier damn debt collects also spam you based on the same. Disgusting behaviour ABSA.
As part of Discovery Health joined Virgin Active as we all stupidly do. Never once went into gym and when couldn’t afford the medical aid and stopped it my Virgin Active membership went up from a couple of hundred to close to R1000…. Tried to stop the debit order via the bank and all the means at my disposal to no avail. Eventually I changed banks because of this issue where there VA collected over R16k with abs no services delivered. Now the same party is trying to phone me and report me to the credit bureau for the same!???
Am trying to send a tranch of forex into my local Standard Bank account and it’s almost a week and nobody has contacted me…. Have sent emails to local bank, corporate and inwards payments with no response? They appear to intimate the process has recently changed but if so their clients are obviously the last to know get abs no support. This what you guys call Client Service, left my last bank because of the same issue, so suggest you resolve this soon!!!
Absolutely shocking service….2 items purchased one for someone in hospital and the other for my spouse for Valentine’s Day….. Neither have been delivered after 3 weeks at a location they have regularly delivered too in a small town. On two occasions they have delivered them to different town 250km away that doesn’t even have the same name. Now one has been lost/****** and the poor girl in question has already been release from Hospital over a week ago and still doesn’t have her gift. As for my spouse getting her gift for Valentine’s Day….what are the chances!???
