I spoke to your receptionist Sanele on January, 9th 2026, very rude and unprofessional. Kept interjecting as I was speaking, I asked how long it'd take to reconnect me as I paid on December 20th, 2025 and already sent my POP over an hour ago. It usually takes 30 minutes, she said I don't know. I asked if she can put me on hold and I find out - I work from home - she refused and put the phone down in my ear.
Good day, I spoke to Stephanie Meintjies from your complaints resolution department December 17 2024 regarding a long which was accepted in May 2024 pending an outstanding payment due to Sohva's maladministration, her service on the phone was quite obnoxious and she presumptuously declined my claim without proper probe or understanding that I have 2 policies. One active and one needing reactivation due to Sohva's admin error. I'd like to deal with a more professional and patient agent to resolve this matter. Regards Frustrated Customer
