Ver happy customer, twice.
Capegate Mediclinic is the best hospital in the Western Cape. From the admin who books you in, the porter, nurses, kitchen personnel... all know their jobs and do it with kindness and a smile. My experience with Emergency... you wait long because the beds are full with very sick people. They help the ones first who is in more "critical" conditions. Five star food and "service" excellence. The doctors are top notch.

Fridge repairs - worst experience - ****mer alert
Great website, quick response, cheap initial quote. Charge a call-out fee which website said they don't, but that's okay. For re-gas. Fridge(top) is working but Freezer (Bottom) not. The technician came (if he is one), explained a part to be fixed and a gas-leak. After an hour and R1900- later he left. Freezer is working better, fridge not cooling at all (opposite as before he started). I informed the "boss" and he said he will ask the technician. Then nothing. Then I went to Hellopeter and other Reviews. If I only did that before. 32 of the exact same things that happened to me. And all the boss can say is - everyone is getting bad reviews. A new technician (a real one) came in. THey didn't seal the gas-leaks, it was still leaking and just left hanging. Was unnecessary to replace the good part (they just "stole" it) and replace it with a made-shift part. There is a place of people like this and who runs their businesses like this.
