IGrow Rental Agency Useless
As a tenant, IGrow’s maintainance department are appalling. Issues that I had logged shortly after moving in were still not seen to when I had vacated the property over a year later. There were no issues for them to with hold my deposit, however it took almost 10months for my deposit to be repaid, after many calls demanding the repayment of my deposit, and the threat of legal action, was my deposit finally repaid. If IGrow is your rental agent, as a tenant, I would run!

Joburg Zoo Dec ‘24
The zoo has been under-maintained. The buildings, particularly the Amazon Centre has no working lights, the building leaks water with severe damp and the paint across the zoo’s buildings is cracked and peeling. The bathrooms aren’t stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, lights don’t work, windows are broken and they smell terrible. The water features within the zoo are inoperable and the footpaths are overgrown with ****s and filthy. The zoo needs to invest in maintaining the park for visitors to enjoy. The zoo has the potential of being a world class attraction, with a bit more attention to detail regarding the aesthetics of the buildings and facilities, this could easily be attained.
