Ariel Power Gel 2L – Extremely Messy and Wasteful to Use I am very disappointed with the design and usability of the Ariel Power Gel 2L washing liquid. Each time I pour it into the washing machine, I have to wait an unusually long time for the liquid to drain out of the bottle. In today’s busy world, this is simply impractical. Once I replace the lid, the product continues to run down the sides of the bottle, leaving a sticky mess. I have to wash the bottle and my hands after every use, which is frustrating and time-consuming. As a pensioner, I cannot afford to waste product like this each time I do my washing. I hope Ariel will seriously look into improving the bottle design, as this product is far too messy and inconvenient to use in its current form.
My complex was hit with a power surge on Sunday 26th September 2021 and my Vodacom wifi router died. I called 082 1904 on Monday the 27th Sept 21 to report this. The agent said that it would take 2 days for my request to be processed. I phoned again on Wednesday the 29th Sept 2021, only to be told that it is still being processed internally but that I could expect to hear from someone within 24 to maximum of 48 hours. By Monday morning the 3rd October 21 I had not heard a peap from anyone at Vodacom. I called again and spoke to an agent called Yola Mgobizi who has been most helpful and escalated my service call again and again to another agent then had to escalate it to her Manager as she was not receiving any reply to her requests. I have been waiting for more than 8 days just to receive information on how I my dead router can be replaced and I am thoroughly irritated with the lack of service from the Vodacom fibre team in general (not Yola)
