Logged my claim on the 19th , they are very slow. They donot call to notify me of anything , my phone was collected by paragon and they are done with their report on the 29th but since then santam hasn't called me back as to what is the next step . I have email them and also sent a followup email but they have ignored my email... when you call santam you are told that you must contact the switch department by email, but they donot answer emails. They donot communicate, i just want my phone fixed and i don't want to be a customer no more. DONOT RECOMMEND
I did an papsmear exam at dischem clinic in strubensvalley on the 29 of april and after two weeks of not getting the results. I had to call and dischem told me that they submited my sample but you guys( ampath) lost it... imagine now i have to do another papsmear.. Pap smears are uncomfortable and invasive, and having to repeat this due to an administrative or lab error is extremely disappointing. I trust that proper procedures are in place to handle and process such important tests, and I hope this is being taken seriously to prevent it from happening to other patients in the future. I would appreciate a clear explanation of how this occurred and what steps are being taken.
I have been waiting for my refund for a month now . Last timw they said it would take 7 days and i will receive my refund . Im still waiting. I already gave them everything they need but they are not giving me my money
