Took my car in for a regas, aircon treatment as well as a vehicle check. Service was excellent, Gerald was extremely kind and helpful. 10/10. (got a car wash too).
Took my car in today (Friday) thinking I would only get it the next week cause of the short notice, but got it back the same afternoon all fixed and washed. The Mazda employee Mr Lottering was incredibly helpful, informative and professional, keeping me updated through the whole process. Honestly, I would have been okay with paying more for this level of service. Just like their cars, Mazda Menlyn's service was impeccable. Thanks Mazda Menlyn, please keep it up!
I really tried with Innovation Group, I have 3 policies with them but I cancelled 2 as my insurance already provides those services. They sent me the cancellation form for 1 of them and just a confirmation email for the other, but I have requested the confirmation form for other for around a month now as my bank requires it, but all I get is just an email saying they confirmed it via email, and no matter how many times I have said, I need the cancellation form they just inform me that they did confirm it via email. The level of service is terrible and honestly this company needs to be put under investigation cause it sounds more like a **** than anything else. I will also be inform WeBuyCars about the terrible service that this company provides in hopes they use another company instead. I am also going to cancel all my policies with this horrible company. I still havent received my form to this day, now I am just being ignored now.
Going on my 3rd year with Cartrack, expecting good service when the time came for me to have my tracker removed and re-installed in my new car, they took a week after I paid for the De-Re to finally acknowledge that I paid even after sending a proof of payment and since they are on the FNB public recipients list it should almost immediately reflect, then another 2 weeks to finally call me to schedule a time. I dont mind waiting but I informed them that my car is being sold and to at least remove the tracker so long, I dont mind waiting another week or 2 to have it reinstalled, but after 3 weeks they still havent removed the tracker and now the car was sold which means I will need to pay extra due to their lack of service. I never had this issue and for almost 3 years I never missed a payment only to be treated like this. Very disappointed in the service I have received and now the reason I need to pay extra is the company that I need to pay that extra to. Their WhatsApp line is also so slow, that I would get replies hours later or sometimes the next day.
