They promised to call me back yesterday amd did not. Today I asked to speak to the Foreman and he does not call back either. I am told my vehicle may possibly be ready tommorrow. In my opinion, the word "possibly" actually means it won't be ready tomorrow. I ask to speak to the Service Manager - no luck either. In today's society where there is so much unemployment, one would at least expect those who have customer facing jobs, to at least be good at them, else give someone the job who can offer good customer service. They have had my vehicle for over a month now.

Excellent service by Jan and his team. These guys do not go around to find fictitious problems. They look at what is actually wrong, discuss with owner and repair. No BS. The best service I have seem in a long time. Thank you.

I purchased a Renault Clio from CMH Mazda Menlyn in March 2025. From the start, the vehicle had a clear vibration issue, which I flagged on the first test drive. I was reassured by the sales executive that the vehicle had been inspected by Renault and was still undergoing final checks. I was also told that if the vibration persisted, the vehicle could be returned for further attention. That was the start of a nightmare. Not only was it later confirmed that no Renault inspection ever occurred, but the vehicle had multiple critical faults that were not disclosed—including a faulty Transmission Control Unit, ABS system, steering communication, and fan circuit, all confirmed by Geartronix diagnostics after I returned the vehicle. Despite having the vehicle in their possession for over 17 working days, CMH Mazda Menlyn failed to resolve the issue, offered no transparency, and conducted unauthorized repairs without my consent. When I followed up, I was told by their Sales Manager that he had “forgotten” about the issue, and later received conflicting feedback at every stage. I have now: Lodged a formal complaint with MIOSA (Case No: [Insert]) Escalated the matter to the National Consumer Commission Initiated legal action in line with Section 56(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, which clearly grants me the right to reject the vehicle after a failed repair To add insult to injury, the R40,000 deposit on this car was a gift from my terminally ill grandmother, given to ensure I had safe transport to support her. That dignity has been taken from us. I urge any consumer considering CMH Mazda Menlyn to think twice. I will be continuing to expose their conduct across legal and public platforms until this matter is resolved.

Took my car in today (Friday) thinking I would only get it the next week cause of the short notice, but got it back the same afternoon all fixed and washed. The Mazda employee Mr Lottering was incredibly helpful, informative and professional, keeping me updated through the whole process. Honestly, I would have been okay with paying more for this level of service. Just like their cars, Mazda Menlyn's service was impeccable. Thanks Mazda Menlyn, please keep it up!

Took my vehicle for service, Gerald said to me the car has fault before sign for the car. Was told Deon would call me back to clarify the issue with fault as the car is still under warranty and he has been avoiding me more my numerous attempts to get ahold of them. They sell you warranty, but once you buy all they do not care about customer service nor addressing issues that may possibly cause serious issues. I do not recommend this dealership from my first car service with them.

To anyone with a car, had anyone experienced the left wheel bolts or nuts not tightened after picking up the car from a dealership servicing or any repairs? My colleague and I took our cars to the dealership for a normal service plan, and both cars, in the same October month had wheels not tightened, I could use my fingers to un***** them. Unfortunately, her wheel spanned out while driving whereas mine broke one bolt/nut then I took it in. different workshops, and different car brands, loose bolts/nuts after picking up the car - we didn't plan it but only know it after our accidents.
