I purchased a Renault Clio from CMH Mazda Menlyn in March 2025. From the start, the vehicle had a clear vibration issue, which I flagged on the first test drive. I was reassured by the sales executive that the vehicle had been inspected by Renault and was still undergoing final checks. I was also told that if the vibration persisted, the vehicle could be returned for further attention. That was the start of a nightmare. Not only was it later confirmed that no Renault inspection ever occurred, but the vehicle had multiple critical faults that were not disclosed—including a faulty Transmission Control Unit, ABS system, steering communication, and fan circuit, all confirmed by Geartronix diagnostics after I returned the vehicle. Despite having the vehicle in their possession for over 17 working days, CMH Mazda Menlyn failed to resolve the issue, offered no transparency, and conducted unauthorized repairs without my consent. When I followed up, I was told by their Sales Manager that he had “forgotten” about the issue, and later received conflicting feedback at every stage. I have now: Lodged a formal complaint with MIOSA (Case No: [Insert]) Escalated the matter to the National Consumer Commission Initiated legal action in line with Section 56(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, which clearly grants me the right to reject the vehicle after a failed repair To add insult to injury, the R40,000 deposit on this car was a gift from my terminally ill grandmother, given to ensure I had safe transport to support her. That dignity has been taken from us. I urge any consumer considering CMH Mazda Menlyn to think twice. I will be continuing to expose their conduct across legal and public platforms until this matter is resolved.
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!!! They steal your money, stuff your printing up, have absolutely no integrity and ethics and the owner, Stanley, will seem impeccable with his word, at first, but he is actually incredibly rude and a blatant liar. I have been owed a refund since March, and still DON'T have it!!!!

<p>I went and paid my MTN subscription on Thursday, 12/01 - I made a cash payment and received a payments receipt. I was advised that re-connection would take up to 2 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 days later, my lines were still suspended! Upon contacting the call centre, I was advised that the payment had not been allocated to my account yet - how convenient! The consultant advised that she would assist in reinstating my lines - the lines were re-connected within 2 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>This evening, my phone stopped working again; my lines had been suspended! I phoned the call centre and was advised that it was an "error". </p> <p> </p> <p>Not impressed MTN. NOT impressed!</p>

I've literally used R580 in the last 6 months of being with you!!!! I want my money back and I want to get as far away from you as I can.</p>
<p>The fact that you're a retail company, with a 2 star rating, leaves much to be desired. </p> <p>This evening I my mom and myself both had to go and get our scripted medication - we went to the same booth, as there were only 2 pharmacists working. </p> <p>When hamding our SEPARATE scripts to the pharmacists he proceeds to interrogate us as to why the doctor has prescribed the same medication 3 times - when in actual fact the THREE scripts are for Three DIFFERENT people!!! The names were at the top of the script for heavens sake!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>After being interrogated for 10 minutes, the pharmacist, or should I say incompetent individual, proceeds to ask us why we're on the scripted medication and what Doctor we go to and why she prescribed it. Another 10 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>when actually proceeding to do his job, he took 45 minutes to look for the medication in crates of medication that had evidently not been unpacked - half of the medication could not be located and we had to walk away without it! </p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly, I will NEVER EVER go back to ANY Clicks for ANYTHING!!!! I will rather support Dis-Chem who's staff are helpful and don't hire random citizens as pharmacists.</p> <p> </p>
