I wish I could rate it negative 5 starts This has been, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. On the 18th OF DECEMBER , a delivery was attempted for my couch. Because the item could not fit into my apartment, the delivery team took the item back. Since that moment, I have been met with total silence. I have attempted to reach your team via phone and email multiple times, and I am being completely ignored. This is a massive failure in basic professional service. Here is the situation: • I have no couch. They have the product in their possession. • I am being ignored. No one is answering calls or responding to my inquiries, if someone does answer they sound like I am bothering them and then worst part is, they drop the call on me! I was willing to get a replacement couch but nevermind I don’t want anything from them, I WANT A REFUND
I got my application approved and told that I'd receive a call with regards to the delivery of the phone.... On the 17th of December.... It's now the 27th and I still haven't received a call or a phone.
