<div>This company approached me on the 15th Jan, on the 28th of Jan i send an email through to them to cancel whatsoever services and never replied to my email. They never cancelled and deducted money of my bank account on the 28th Feb after I asked them in January to cancel my services. Since Saturday after the deduction was made on my account I've send through multiple emails with no reply. I'm furious because they are quick to take your money but when it time to pay back they disappear. You asked for a bad review after you ignored me so please I need my money back. REFUND MY MONEY.</div>
I'm so annoyed with Absa and SSDA that keep on phoning and sending me messages about outstanding fees on a cheque account which was supposed to be closed long ago. I had an ABSA cheque account which i haven't been using since July 2024. Then fees accumulated on this account, MBD then phoned me to say that I can get a discounted settlement on the outstanding fees which I went to go pay by the Greenfield Absa east London on the 18th of October. After payment I ask the teller to closed the account she said because the account has been handed over she cannot closed it, MBD must close it. As asked, I've send through my proof of payment twice and I did a follow up call in November to ask if it's sorted they said that it's still in progress or pending. MBD rep**** back to me via email where they explain that they have send back the account to Absa for clearance and closing. Now a new company called SSDA is phoning me again with fees to this account. I'm fed up with people not doing they're jobs.

I resigned from my work due to us relocating, so I submitted my withdrawal forms on the 29th of November 2024 already and still haven't received my money. Yesterday when I phoned to ask the lady I spoke to told me that they only received my forms on the 20th of December 2024 and that I will only receive my money in January 2025, excuse me who's problem is that? I made sure everything was done right on my side and then they tell me this.I'm so furious because now my family and I are stuck, can't even move our furniture cause we still waiting for money to be paid out by liberty. I still need to pay the moving company and I need to get to Cape Town asap cause will be starting his new job soon and my kids need to go to school. I'm beyond furious.
