Terrible service they are rude to customers been trying to get hold of them for the past week no answer requested several call backs no answer yet they can email me to tell me my premium will be increasing higher prices lower service disgusting, Main switchboard just transfers you whilst still speaking without any warning to say they are moving the call, get transferred nobody answers the call. If I could give 0 stars I would very disappointed and frustrated
I wish I could actually give 0 stars the service 2 weeks my application is still in line they tell me tomorrow everytime I call absolutely disgusting service I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars
I have been trying to get through to their sales department for almost a week now spent almost R700 on airtime just to be told you are first in line for 5 hours, terrible signs for a new customer pathetic service, ive also requested 3 call backs via email no response to email no call back give my number to their ladies in reception last weak already haven’t heard a word since. Absolutely pathetic.
