Poor Service
The service at Total Energies at Keya Rona complex in Bapong it's so horrible, it doesn't matter on which day you went or what time. The guys working there are so slow and would never give you customer service, would never wash your windscreen or even ask if they should pump your Tyres. We wait for almost 20 minutes just to fill in petrol on a normal day normal hour. Poor management I guess. They don't even have clean water or paper towel even if you wanted to wash the windscreen yourself. They don't have name tags, it's just alot about that filling station and it's just failing the community and nobody is doing anything about it.

BAD SERVICE EVER AT PEP KEYA RONA COMPLEX
Yesterday I went to buy school shirts for my daughter at PEP Keya Rona complex in Bapong around 16:32pm, I was in the queue for more than 10 minutes because there was only 1 cashier working on the till point. I got to the till finally the cashier doesn't greet me I just keep quiet as well and she continues with the transaction then she says it's R86.80 I give her a R100 and then she says she doesn't have change😳😳😳she has to give me 50cents, why would you want to give R13 of 50cents,i told her I don't want 50cents then with attitude she said she doesn't know what to do then.change, (Her name is Boitumelo) she then left the counter didn't say anything to me and left me with a question mark, then she comes back with Tebogo who I don't know if she's the manager or what, then Tebogo goes to the office comes back with money and says she want to give to her child -(am still waiting by the till now the queue is even getting longer) then Tebogo goes to play with her child busy chasing him in the store playing with him, I don't know what am waiting for now, I ask Boitumelo, what am I waiting for then she says am waiting for Ausi Tebogo, the same Tebogo that's playing with her child during working hours while we waiting for service, then she finally comes with a bunch of 1rands and then they give me my change while chatting no apologies for keeping me waiting. I was very cross if I had a choice I would've left the store and took my money, but it's the only PEP in the village and they take advantage of that. Alot of people complain about the service there but nothing is being done.

V8 Roadhouse
Me and My friend we went to V8 Roadhouse in Hartbee****rtdam yesterday on New Year's Day and we did expect that it will get busy. Firstly we got there and waited for an available table for about 45 minutes and when we finally got a table it was in the sun but we didn't mind. We sat at the table for more than an hour with on one even noticing us, and they finally gave us menus and we sat wanting to order but the was just no one to assist us and they were busy taking customers in but no service at all. The manager came and he said he was gonna take our drink order then sent a waiter to assist, we waited for another 20 minutes, now it's like 2 hours we have being there with nothing happening and we just decided to leave with no one even noticing that we actually angry and we leaving. This was just the baddest service ever.
