Pathetic customer service. No one answers phones or responds to queries

Useless and ***********
Officially the worst customer serive I've ever experienced, the people working there are utterly useless and ***********. I've placed an order on the 15th of December 2024, it is now the 4th of January 2025 and I have still not received it. I've sent 4 emails, none of which were responded to and I've called 3 times requesting an update (because they cannot even handle as simple a task as updating their customers). Every time I called, I got the same story "item is packed and is waiting to be handed over to the courier".. it takes 3-4 weeks and a rocket scientist to hand it over to the courier apparently. Vans should really consider closing their South African branch because it serves absolutely no purpose.. the one star rating is even too much for that *********** lot Should anyone from Vans see this and actually feel like doing their job, the order number is SOVZAZAVASY113389 - highly unlikely though
