I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with you as my insurance company, which has failed to finalize my vehicle claim for over six months. As a result, I've incurred significant financial losses by relying on Uber and other costly transport options. Despite being with you for 3years+ and paying a hefty premium of R6000 for my insurance the service provided has been nothing short of appalling. The lack of communication and delays in processing my claim have left me frustrated and without a vehicle. I use this vehicle for to get to work and personal purposes, and its absence has severely impacted my ability to work and earn an income. Repeatedly, I have had to call and request updates, only to be met with vague responses and no progress. This level of service is unacceptable, and despite my continued patience, I'm left with no choice but to escalate the matter further. I intend to bring this issue to the attention of the ombudsman, as my multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the insurance company have been unsuccessful. I deserve timely and efficient service, especially given the premiums I'm paying. Should I not receive feedback within 48 hours , consider this matter escalated to your CEO and the ombudsman
