OMG. I explained to them exactly what the problem was. Freezer works, fridge only cools when switched off (manual defrost) for a few hours. They (2 guys) re-gas and all sorts of things which I found pointless. More than an hour and R2200 later, they done. I ask the guy if he is sure this will fix my problem, because I doubt it. He is confident it will. As I suspected, the problem is backed a few days later. Same as when I manually defrost. They eventually comes out again and within 10 minutes, the guy tells me I need a new sensor R950. I felt like I'm being ******ed and refused to pay. You spent more than an hour the 1st time (R2200) and couldn't fix the problem and now you can tell me in 10 minutes (R950) what the problem is? Suspect? The guy leaves, again not replacing all the *****s. After messaging them, I get a call, they will send me bank account details and if I pay, they will get the part. I refuse, because they did not fix the problem I called them for. They hung up and now I'm being ghosted. Not even a blue tick on WhatsApp.
