SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Once again, the system has failed us and what was once renewed faith and hope, has been tarnished through poor customer service. Yesterday (30th June 2025), I called up Sandwich Baron in Rivonia shortly before 11:30 for a quick lunch order. I politely explained to the lady that I have an important meeting to attend and was hoping to catch a quick bite before the manic day ahead. I as assured that the order would arrive well within the hour. And what happens.... tick tock tick tock.... Sitting and waiting like a hungry loser who believed in people. After 3 attempts trying to contact them, they answered. Lazy excuses poured out like "I just spoke to him and he's there now now" & "Yoh, I don't know how this is possible, he left a long time ago" . Trying to remain calm, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she once again reassured me that I would be called back on my mobile momentarily. And duh, no call came. an hour and 50 minutes later... Still nothing. I called again, this time it was a long story about "I called your office number and couldn't reach you" ( I never provided this details) The sandwich eventually arrived. Food cold, bread rubbery and a shook up bottle of "warm drink). ' Sadly, this is not the first disappointing service I've received from them. And all you get at the end is 'I'm sorry, enjoy your meal". full payment required and gone! Needless to say, this is one customer who will not return and will share this experience with all family and friends in the area.

Hailing from a career in contact centers, spanning almost 2 decades, I truly understand and appreciate the value of great customer service. Viloshnee has embodied this very idea and her commitment and resilience to help has been just amazing. From keeping every appointment to the minute, to ensuring that she went that extra mile wherever she could to make my life a little easier. Thank you for all you have done to assist me and my family Viloshneee. I wish our country can fabricate more gems like yourself.
