This is such an unfortunate review to write - I have been using PUDO since the lockers launched. I have never had an issue before and I know this could have been a once off but the way the customer service has NOT dealt with this is unacceptable. I dropped two boxes in Cape Town in two different lockers and my husband collected the two boxes in Johannesburg. BOTH boxes had been opened and items ****** from them. To the extent that for example I had six sealed nail polishes in wrapped plastic, the plastic had been opened and two taken…. Along with bags of sweets, perfume etc I immediately reported, took photos - the boxes had been retaped with see through tape while I had used brown masking tape so it was super evident. I have emailed, called repeatedly, emailed more with absolutely no contact except for one agent who emailed me the day after. Every time I call in I’m told footage is being watched, someone will contact me - yet nothing. I just don’t get it, surely a courier company that relies on the safety of the items being sent as part of their core business would take theft and tampering seriously? At least call to the client or an offer of resolve? Nothing, I have literally been begging for communication. I am so disappointed in the customer service.
How amazing that you have decided to run this social project of letting general citizens know about load shedding times. It's a massive project to take on just as a good will gesture, it's a rough project considering the anger and frustration around this topic - which must mean you receive flack for it regardless that you have NOTHING to do with Eskom. So just to say thank you for trying to help us all.
