The communication was very bad
The communication was very bad.Very difficult to get hold of assistance and did not keep to scheduled date for installation.

Ted's home store is the worst furniture company to deal with.I paid over R20 000 for my catnapped lounge suite and was told that it has a 5 year warranty.When I saw the quality and defects it was starting to have I contacted them. They service is very bad ,they did not assist with anything and they charge a fee for pick up,which they did not mention when I purchased.Now there are a lot of hidden costs being mentioned when I am claiming the warranty. They recommend so many different departments and contact numbers with no assistance.They also mislead customers just to make a sale. I wouldn't reccomend this stores to anyone!
