What a bad experience with Suzuka Penta Menlyn. For 3 months we battle with them to replace the Ciaz aircon. The car is stil under warranty. Since October 2024 the have all sorts of excuses. First the new part was broken then it was the wrong part. Now the third time they work on it again but took the whole day to fix it after I took the car 6:45 in the morning of 10th of January 2025. The car is still not finished and they can't supply me with a curtisie car for the weekend. When the booking was made on Tuesday for the repair I told the lady they have to provide me with a curtisie car. Lot of excuses and left me without a car for the weekend. I told them I've got appointments. Their only excuses is to give me a car on Tuesday. This service is unacceptable. I'm a pensioner.
