Astronomical fee increase from 01 July, surely it cannot be legal for a company that you have been a client with for so many years, to suddenly increase all banking fees so exhorbitantly! EFT to other banks as of 01 July (were free if using digital banking) now R2 per eft to non FNB Debit orders will now be R19 each ATM withdrawals - no free withdrawals anymore and R2 if doing cashback at participating partners. Definitely time for a bank change

There are many 3rd party sites offering to pay fines, but most are incontactable and some take weeks before responding to emails. Fines SA have been amazing in answering promptly. At this stage i am waiting for the payment to reflect with the municipality, but Insaaf has explained this can take time, so hopefully I do not have to edit my review :-)
the My Service Suite - secure chat has got to be the most useless service ever. The waits are long, if you try follow up, you get automated messages to say they are still attending to your query. And when they cant find the answer to your question - they fob you off with guesses and lies or repeat the same question. wish I could copy/paste todays conversation (as yet unresolved) Either the people are unqualified and/or understaffed.
more FNB lies - I left a review about FNB suddenly adding charges to my credit card and the inability to get an answer from them regarding the reason for these costs - I received an sms saying my complaint has been assigned to a customer resolution centre and on the review I got a message saying FNB has rep**** privately.. which they havent, except to give a reference number. It is suspicious they cannot immediately clarify the charges.
I cannot recommend this hospital enough. The entire team were so kind and professional when I had to rush my dog in from out of town. I am so grateful to them for the compassion they showed, keeping me updated and the professional care. Despite being super busy! Thank you
This party will never see my vote or anyone from our neighbourhood again.. just as ******* as ANC. Allowing friends to get Environmental Authorisations for *******ly constructed factory facilities with a tiny slap on the wrist as a fine. Wasting all the neighbours time and money in a phoney S24G process. The Premier refuses to answer several emails regarding the topic even though his name was mentioned at meetings and in emails.
Honestly a business that has got better over time. Prompt service and delivery and their returns policy is amazing. Living rurally I really appreciate their reliable service. Just always do price checks as some products can be way over priced. otherwise fantastic service
