I booked JKJ Express courier to pick up a baby bearded dragon
I booked JKJ Express courier to pick up a baby bearded dragon. They picked up and I was so stressed as this was my first time couriering a live reptile but then had the beardie delivered 16:00 the next day. They and Zultrans did a wonderful job! Zultrans was the third party transferring service used and the driver assured me that he will put stickers on saying urgent, and this side up and fragile. The following morning it was at their hub in Jhb and by 16:00 delivered by JKJ Express. Both companies had greats service!

Pudo is a fast and realible courier service making use of the courier guy
Pudo is a fast and realible courier service making use of the courier guy. Pudo is quite easy and has various options available including the most popular option: Locker to Locker and then also Locker to Door or locker to Kiosk and the other way around. The packages usually gets delivered within a week depending on your location. I've not had any problems with Pudo yet. The prices is reasonable and they don't do price increases too often. Very happy with the service

I ordered a universal ballast wich took a week to be delivered to me
I ordered a universal ballast wich took a week to be delivered to me. When I tested the ballast it wouldn't work with any of my 15w T8 UVB bulbs. The ballast didn't work and was faulty so I contacted Coastal Pets via email, and received no response. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded and said they will process the refund. I waited another 2 weeks for them to process the refund and to come and pick up the faulty ballast. They did refund me and I'm grateful for that, but they can work on their communication as I would've appreciated if they did it earlier. They said they have a refund spreadsheet but everytime I asked them when they will process the refund, they said they're waiting for the boss. They eventually completed the refund after they sent the courier to pick up the ballast but they could've done it quicker.
