Good day My name is Nomalizo, and I work for Retailability. This is now my second attempt to seek help regarding unresolved issues, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of progress and communication. Since September last year, I have been requesting assistance to update the beneficiaries on my profile to reflect my children’s names and their ID numbers. To date, this has not been corrected, and my profile still lists individuals I do not recognize. This delay is deeply concerning, as it jeopardizes my children’s access to my funds in the unfortunate event of my passing. Additionally, I am still awaiting an email confirming that the R1900 withdrawn from my funds without my consent has been replaced. Despite being told on the 6th of March that an investigation is underway and asked to wait 15 working days, no updates or communication have been provided. This is the second time I’ve been asked to wait 15 days with no resolution, and it is now unacceptably overdue. Each month, money is deducted from my salary, yet no action seems to be taken to resolve these matters. I am completely in the dark and feel that my concerns are not being treated seriously. I strongly urge your team to prioritize these issues and provide me with clear updates without further delays. If your team is unable to address this promptly, please escalate my case to someone who can resolve it effectively. I am hoping to receive a positive response soon, with concrete updates on both the beneficiary correction and the fund replacement. Kind regards, Nomalizo

Goodady I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nomalizo Zungu , and I am currently employed at Edgars Westville Pavilion. I am reaching out to you regarding a critical issue with my retirement funds. When we transitioned from Edcon to Retailability, we were informed that our retirement funds would be moved from Alexandra Forbes to Momentum automatically in September of last year. To my surprise, I discovered that my retirement funds currently reflect a zero balance, despite never having made any withdrawals. I have been in contact with Alex from Momentum HR, who has repeatedly assured me that the issue would be resolved within three working days. However, despite these assurances, I still have no access to my funds. Moreover, on Monday the 6th, Alex informed me that he received an email stating that I had resigned from work, which is entirely false. It appears that someone has created a **** profile using my ID number and surname, resulting in a withdrawal of R1900 over the past five months. Additionally, I have been told that I need to obtain a new staff member number, but this issue remains unresolved, potentially affecting my salary for this month. As a single mother and the sole breadwinner for a family of nine, this situation is causing me significant distress and uncer*****y. Given these circumstances, I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve the following issues: 1. Restore my retirement fund balance and ensure no further unauthorized withdrawals occur. 2. Investigate the *****ulent activity and prevent any further misuse of my personal information. 3. Ensure that I receive my salary on time and address the need for a new staff member number promptly. 4.The people listed as beneficiaries I don't know them and I don't have anyone who goes by these names in my family I am dedicated and passionate about my job, and this situation has left me feeling devastated and demotivated. Your prompt assistance in escalating this matter and finding a solid solution would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping for a positive response. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Please respond to this email My contact number is:0618190891 Best regards, Nomalizo Zungu
