I logged a ***** case beginning of the year i was given a case number. I had to call again after 2 weeks because i had not recieved any communication, and to my surprise a consultant told me that my case has been closed because they could not get ahold of me(which was a lie). The case was reopened and i submitted all relevant documents. I was told to wait for 30 business working days which i did and the days lapsed, i was told to wait for another 5 days the 5 days has lapsed. They are now telling me that they are still busy with the case and they are so dismissive.. I have been with this bank for over 10 years but they do not value me as a customer
Midvaal local municipality does not want to come to to a mutual agreement with pensioners. They have deprived them of their right to electricity and want ridiculous lump sums from them. They've switched off and blocked electricity for over a month now because we owe, we went there and told them we can do monthly payments but they want 20k from us upfront
