Zoom Flex has the worst customer service. I have had no network since Monday, and a call was logged, and they say they can't advise a turnaround time. (Which is weird). Today is Friday and there is still no communication or anything from them. I have lost 5 days of internet.
I had bought mielie meal from the Pick n Pay in Orange Farm's Eyethu Mall. It turned out that it was off, so I called and spoke to Monica who was very helpful. I had lost the till slip, but could remember the details around the purchase and date and she took those details down and proceeded to help. On the day I had to return the mielie meal, Monica wasn't there but Zodwa and another lady(Didn't catch her name) helped me very quickly and efficiently. Thank you ladies, keep up the good work.
So I got my Zoomflex fibre installed on the 17th of December and it didn't work. I keep calling the call centre, which tells me calls are being logged and a maintenance person will come to sort the issue out but no one comes or calls. Whenever I call back they tell me the call was closed and a new call needs to be logged. They log the call but same thing happens again. This is just ridiculous!!
