No response for over 12 months!!! I would give them zero!! I have requested documents and still no feedback. Called in a couple of times, no answer. Left messages as per their call back still, no response. Their consultants don't reply to the emails as well. This company doesn't care at all. Horrible service!! SARS is penalizing me because of NMGs delays. I just need my documents as requested. Please employ more people that would actually handle your admin work and provide feedback. That automated email is just nonsense.
It's almost year with no feedback regarding the requested documents. The website query doesn't work. No one answers the call centre number. I have sent numerous emails to the initial consultant and the team leader but no feedback. I event sent an email to queriesrfa@nmg.co.za but still no feedback. The call back option doesn't work. Ke frustrated as I need those requested documents to submit to SARS.
