Major disappointing and non existent customer service at the Omni branch, my very first engagement with a petshop branch proved to be a rude awakening to hat sent me rushing back to my go to absolute pet across the road, the staff is rude they ignored customers offered no service
The worst customer service ever short of being ******* canceling with them is torture regardless of the numerous request. It is like they just want to keep collecting premiums & customers don't matter, first request has been sent several times without even the decency of a response
No response and no query resolution I've been trying to cancel a policy for almost a year now each time I'm promised a call back but none is received, email's sent get auto response with promise of a call back that never happens instead one gets hounded with sales calls. Total disregard for clients
