Sandile Bongo!!! This guy!!! MY man! Thank you for exceeding our expectations! Exceeding your job expectations and title. It's amazing how one helpful guy can make someone's day. Thank you so much for your service thus far. We went from wanting to cancel our policy to wanting to reconsider. @4-sure, watch this man, and look after him. He is a gem. He understands the clients and their needs.
Still no movement on my claim. it has been 61 days after the fact. Complaining does not help. Are there any legal steps that I can take to help remedy my situation?
If there were a 0 star option that would be the option to pick. I have received 0 service. standing on two months without service. made complaints, the complaint just gets immediately closed and resolved. they lie to the client. lie to their sister companies (OMI). I don't even know where to start complaining, as it's been a 0 service since day one. I've even roped in managers, however they also provide 0 service/understanding. their whatsapp services were offline to begin with, sent out contractors before assessors, assessor arrived 2 weeks after the incident occurred, getting hold of the company is near to impossible, they don't have a number to call them by to follow up on the claims, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. Oh, and when they do get hold of you, its very "shady-like", like they don't want to provide service according to their policy/contract. "We hear you want to cancel your policy" "You are under insured" "Its not the same" No $h!p?!?! I've received 0 service, I had to pay for the inspections, I had to follow up, I had to get you the quotes, I had to do your work!!! then they want to wiggle their way out with "oh we hear you want to cancel" NO!!!! i want my Flippen service!!!! that I pay for!!!!! they even immediately assumed that we want a cash settlement. we want the damn stuff fixed?!?!
