Went on get cash , did everything at the till, places my pin number then the lady at till 13 said she needs autherisation....guess what stood from about 4 pm till 4h30pm and no managers ,no supervision in store... Had to cancel the transaction......due to no managers found in the store. No supervisors
I just signed up and already service issues. Was told Wednesday they will install. Then told me Thursday will install Then told me this morning they will install but it's now 16h10 and no sign of anyone....no contact.... This is worrying of the service is like this how will my line be???????? 1929920 my reff..... Now I want to know who Is gonna pay the days I took off work to sit and wait for deliveries and installations .... 3 days money wasted
Ok I have to share this Capitec this is for you and I hope one Of your senior managers sees this because in all honesty I don't know anymore who to talk with anymore. Opened and submitted documents fora Business account last week Tuesday. It's end of business Monday and no one had or has an answer for me but wait there's more. I went this morning to Capitec Gezina Upon entering the doors there is a lady at the door always, so I explain to her I'm a business owner and want some answers regarding my application. HER REPLY....... WE SONT ASSIST BUSINESS CLIENT'S HERE She gives me a pamphlet and tell me call that number. ***???????? Is the branch not there to assist current clients. Please someone make me understand that scenario and make me understand why and how it can take so long just to open an account. I'm getting funded for my business but now I can't trade and can't get my funds because Capitec thinks nothing of colourd business owners ..
