I purchased ONLINE on 26/10 for 5 items, for the amount of R1672.65. On 30/10 my bank account was debited for the amount of R1528.38, as apparently the one item that I ordered was unavailable. I have been relentless in emailing them requesting my R1672.65 refund, which has now been outstanding for over a month, yet I have gotten no joy! They couldn't be bothered even getting back to me!! DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM WOOLWORTHS!!
I have been ****med out of R399!! I never received the course material. I never received the requested refund. I never received response to emails. Seemingly this is the m.o. of this 'company'...they need to be brought to book!
If anyone is in the market for a top-loader washing machine, DO NOT waste your money on LG!! I have always only had LG top loaders, and been extremely happy with them, so when I needed to finally replace the previous one which had gone for more than 15 years, I again opted for LG. I bought the LG Smart Inverter 17KG (around 3 years ago), from Game. When it arrived, it had a ding on the one side, which I decided to simply accept, as it would not be visible where it was going to be placed. Geez, what an utter disappointment! All items come out of the machine looking worse for wear, the machine started rusting after only 6 months, and the spin function regularly played up, until yesterday when it now seems to have given up properly. I am sitting here seriously perplexed as to which brand of top loader to now invest in, as I see the ratings for Samsung are also shocking.
I have been unemployed for 9 years. In July 2024 I received an email from Medaco telling me that I owe SARS R2500. I emailed back informing them that that was seriously just totally impossible. No response. Then end of November I received another email from them (Medaco) telling me that I now owed SARS R4500!!..***!! I accessed my SARS details on EFILING (Statement of Account), and the total outstanding balance is NIL, which is correct. I have seen posts on Facebook of people complaining of similar cases such as mine, been harassed when there's no amount outstanding to SARS. SARS need to get involved asap and sort out this nonsense!! I'm wondering if this company are ****sters!!??
