How I wish I could have seen these reviews sooner. I made a payment and the next thing skynet is demanding another R600 for my items to get to me. I find it very weird that I made a payment of R600 for my order then a delivery for my items again I need to pay more. Someone must stop and close this shop, if it's ****ming people. I regret ordering on this shop.
I've communicated 5 times with Ubereats regarding my refund the charge they made in January. Instead I was given excuses and lies. They were totally giving me dumb excuses. It got to a point where I sent an email swearing at them via email.. They kept telling me about how they understand my frustration but they not helping me. I ended up deleting the app and I know I won't be getting my money back because they are ****mers. Goodluck to all thoughs that use this app. It's f*#k up and they are big ****mer. Wish this company can just leave south africa.
Placed an order yesterday, Money was deducted from my account, a few minutes they canceled my order. I want my money refunded and back into my account. I was later told when I sent an email to support@uber.com that the driver could not find my location such bullsh#@t. Why didn't the driver call or text to ask where exactly is my house. Then Uber eats lies about money is not authorized. This app is a **** something needs to be done. It's either this app closes coz it's going to keep taking people's money.
