Unshipped goods and no communication
Yesterday I bought 3 items drom Group Buys and paid immediately. Shortly after they had received the payment they sent a message indicating that the order has been cancelled because the payment was declined. This is not true. I have tried to reach out to them since yesterday night but no response. I have responded to their emails, wrote to them through their chat box but they do not even acknowledge. I am disappointed. This is a ****.

Very very poor service.
I bought a trampoline on 3rd January 2025. They promised to ship within 3 to 5 days and I should receive the item within 15 days. To date they have not shipped the item. There is no communication from them. I have sent numerous whatup messages and they promise to come back to me but they dont. I have sent emails, tried to call they do not pick up. I think this is a ****.
