I am dissapointed all I'm trying to do is lose weight but, the stress of this experience will make me lose weight faster than working out at this gym. In January I signed up, they offered me a January special, 3 months premium then back to standard R390. Every month they deduct R1500, I reverse payment pay at the branch then I dnt have access inside etc. My membership is blocked and their explanation is, you not the only one, this will be a long fight what!? It's a scheme, I wish I never joined! Customer service calling me like debt collectors it's appaling
The accou t was behi d by three no the die to unemployment. My daughter paid for three no the to help and stopped paying. The field agents hen started harassing my daughter who's not the account holder. The field agents male and female came 3 to 4 times a day and started asking personal questions like how could we afford our tv if we cannot pay the account. They told my daughter why does she not pay my account since she works. I offered to pay R350 just to make some form of payment they refused to take the money and said they will not leave my money without the amount t they require. They eventually left as my daughter said she will come to the store the next day. As they left my house the female field agent shouted yeah, I will see her tomorrow in a rather threatening tone. The entire experience was disheartening. I want them to come get the furniture, I want nothing to do with Lewis store.
I took a phone lease in April 2023 for 12 months. Total repayment was R3770. I paid this in full longer than 12 months because I missed 3 months payment. This company then has debt collecting companies call and email me. I send the company proof of payments (bank statments) the lease agreement which proves I have paid them back in full. They persist I am still in debt with them for R2000 + areas. They say it was a 24 month lease. How does one pay R3770 in 24 months when the no th repayment amount is R249.99? How have I paid for 15 months but still owe R2000 + arreas? This have effected my credit score. I called them multiple times, they are *****ulent because their name changed from digital care to boltech. Their customer service is lazy, the managers never call back. I have explained and sent proof over and over again and every month they say I owe more. This is effecting not only my credit score but, my mental health. Make it stop! I do not recommend anyone use their service and clearly I am not the only person they do this to!
