Was promised installation Saturday morning, followed up and was told a technician would come but they did not, I called there service line and was on hold for more than 30 mins. Sunday morning I WhatsApp them but it keeps showing working hours, working hours that indicate that they should be working.

I moved out in January 2025, and to date, my deposit has still not been refunded. I reached out to my attorneys, and they have sent a demand letter. and I suspect that there will not be a response from them. I am going to take them the court. I urge anyone experiencing similar deposit issues to take comparable measures. If you do not have legal representation, think about presenting your case to the Rental Housing Tribunal.
I have never encountered such, National Letting is the worst of the worst. I was 1 day late to pay my rent (rent is due on the 2nd and I paid on the 3rd, by the morning of the 3rd I had already received a letter of demand, these people had debt collectors calling me even after I had paid the rent and I was informed that for every call, email, SMS, WhatsApp I would be charged. I was charged a late fee as well. I notified them that I would be moving out 2 months ago and had agreed to pay the cancellation fee but there was no agreement as to when it was supposed to be paid. The debt collectors came after me accusing me of being in arrears, but my rental statements did not indicate any arrears amount after going back and forth with National Expert Debt Collections (NEDC) another horrible company to deal with, they finally told me that the arrears amount was the cancellation fee. I was fuming, how could someone be in arrears without knowing about it? The debt collectors were even threatening to blacklist me over nonsense and their eagerness to destroy people’s lives and that Lady, Lauretta is the devil
