When returning the car ther front number plate was missing. Since I had neither an accident nor any other incident that could have torn off or damaged the license plate, I simply assume that it was not properly attached to the car. I recorded this in the incident report. 6 weeks after returning the car, I received an invoice that was immediately debited from my credit card. BLUU did not answer any queries, despite 2 friendly reminders.
I can only congratulate all forum members who have received good service from this company. My experience is exactly the opposite. After having had very good experiences with Smart Energy in 2017, I commissioned them to install a battery storage system in 2024. I had an extremely bad experience. A confirmed installation time of 3 days turned into 3 weeks and there are still significant defects that we have been complaining about for 6 months but have not received a response from the company. The installation staff worked in an unstructured and chaotic manner. Fitters came without any tools and I had to lend them mine. Overall, I have no confidence in the professional competence of this company. After many unsuccessful attempts to get Smart Energy to fix the errors, I now have no other option than to hire a lawyer.
