We are denied medical records to access chronic medication to go consult to another Doctor who is available to help.
The doctor is on leave and they are refusing to give husband file they say it's their property and it's not their fault he doesn't have medication and she insisted it's not like he is dying or if we are facing financial challenges we can go to the clinic and when we use medical aid, she made it clear that we won't even get copies because the file is the doctors property. This doctor is far and I called requesting a telephonic consultation or a script until he sees the doctor before his medication finished, but they refused when the doctor was still around. I even explained our financial issue and distance and no one seemed to care All I'm asking it's the copy of his file but all we get is someone who is rude and claiming all medical records belong to the doctor when we pay for the services including blood test. She says we can go to any pharmacy to give us scripts yet she cannot do it, so the scripts the pharmacy must give us doesn't belong to them she was even screaming at us.

Deformation of character (Lies about irregularity when they can use invigilator app to check and see that there was no irregularity)
I have 3 kids with Teneo and I'm writing this with recent allegations that almost took my son's life with allegations that there was irregularity in my son's Afrikaans p1 and p2 and they don't even give evidence and the sad part is I monitor my kids when they write, what is frustrating is that their delay is costing my sons emotional damage because he overdosed and ended up in hospital when I have 2 kids in the house who are doing matric my son said I must appeal and ask them to open the invigilator app to see that there was no irregularity they never responded to this date, they are damaging and I want this to be proven that it's deformation of character. He was working so hard and now he is depressed This school really doesn't care about the well being of their students they just do things without investigating and even when you try to reach out it's like all they care about is money nothing else. They don't even know that I had to play part because showing my kids that I will support them, I'm not raising naughty kids and even previous schools were proud of my kids I regret my decision of changing schools. Not even the outcome of the appeal yet my son is crying everyday and I want to know how can I take this school to court on the damage of my son academic record and emotional damage. This is what I sent to them: Afrikaans First Additional Paper 1 & 3 Please explain why the irregularity is being appealed: Greetings, There's no irregularity we can proceed and investigate Nkululeko is doing Matric with my daughter and you can see the tabs and invigilator that was open, i the mother was present because i observe and i will need the irregularity proof from your end because the appeal form that was sent is not happening. I did the observing to make sure no one comes back with false accusations and deformation of character. with this email i am appealing and you can go back to the invigilator and review and i don't even allow them to use the bathroom during exam. I have attached pictures of where they both sit opposite each other and different sides, and if my other grade 8 is writing he sits in the other room and the chair is positioned to see all 3 of them and fortunately he started when they were almost done and when they were rewriting paper 2 (they were writing in different times) my youngest grade 8 Wandile Maphumulo wrote from 08h30 and the Grade 12 wrote @13h00. The day I lost trust in the invigilator app it was such accusations were implicated and there was no proof and yet I was there, but I was working while watching them therefore I thought it's fine. This time I refuse because I will attach the pictures and of you want me to go do the affidavit I will go that route, pls check the invigilator and his open tabs no irregularity. The evidence provided is pictures from where they sit, where I sit to observe and the bathroom although they only go to the bathroom before the exam. Through my confusion with regards to payment, Zenelia David's was able to guide me with the utmost care. From the beginning of January when I felt so much confusion and frustration due to not being able to understand the invoice Teneo provided me with, Zenelia was able to guide me through the process and put me at ease. Zenelia was such a caring person who attended me with swiftness and kindness. She was able to communicate with me and assist me with regards to registration for my 3 children (1× grade 8 and 2× grade 12 ) to get back on track with their school. She was able to prepare me with the upcoming fee's for my grade 12's to write their final examinations. I would like to thank Zenelia Davids with her outstanding service. She was truly an angel sent to help me through such challenging process to get my kids in school. Teneo is really lucky to have her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
