Bad service experience
This branch have horrible service, the bad service I have ever experienced anywhere else, don’t ever think of taking your car there, if you expect top notch services. It’s horrible

Great experience from Dealers choice, Sizwe Zwane was a great help and the lady in the office was very friendly and everything went exceptionally well

Unsatisfactory services
My vehicle has not been reporting for 70 days, I have been calling for maintenance to replace my unit, I have been told there's no technician available for the region I am in, they keep giving me the dates for the coming three to four weeks for the technician to attend to my request, the question is, what will happen in between if my car is ******? will they cover it, or will they tell me that my unit was not responding so they cannot find my car? I have asked them the same question, no one answered. I am being debited every month for the services that I am not receiving, very disappointed with the services. even considering moving to other tracking company.
