Montego Karoo is giving my yorkies health issues
Our 3 yorkies have been on Karoo Hypoallergenic since Jan because we thought it to be a good hypoallergenic dog food and also by recommendation of your rep, and since then we noticed their health issues increased. It’s been issues non-stop. Our yorkies never gets sick never needs to go to the vet(and they are 5 and 5 and 9 years old) but the last 3 months it has only been vet visits since being on Montego Karoo Hypoallergenic again. Ear infections, dandruf behind their ears?!, intestinal infections, anal gland issues and infected anal glands,scratching alot but especially their ears,licking their paws non stop,licking their bums non stop,sneezing,wheezing,regurgitating their food(which has NEVER happened before), skin allergies and increase of skin allergies.My dogs shake their ears non-stop and its worsening,I will be having to go to the vet today yet again. We have not changed anything else or introduced anything new into their routine beside KAROO. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR DOG FOOD??? I want to know who is going to cover my vet bills yet again because of your dog food??! And reading the other reviews of the past year,its similar complaints.WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR MY VET BILL TODAY BECAUSE OF YOUR BAD QUALITY DOG FOOD??? This is scary to say the least and by reading reviews owners have already lost their pets due to your toxic dog food and you are not doing anything about it! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS??? I stopped the Karoo today and now need to get other but better dog food and take my yorkies to the vet AGAIN to have them sorted out,hopefully it’s not too late because of MONTEGO!!!!!!!!! I should have come to hello peter first before I started feeding my yorkies this poison and saved myself alot of vet bills!!!

Unauthorised debit order!!!
PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELVES VERY URGENTLY!!!!AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER TODAY!!! An unauthorised debit order was debited from our bank account on Saturday 25 Jan 2025. When we contacted the bank the details given was BROLINK with an email address from a natalie from sage but the transaction details says Synergy Insurance. We have already contacted Brolink for answers,they said upon investigation and proof that was not them. We have NEVER even heard of Synergy,yet your company had our banking details and took money from our bank account!!!!!!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELVES!!!!!!! We want to know WHO signed a debit order form with OUR banking details?????? How do you not vet someone’s details against concrete proof?! WHERE DID YOU GET OUR BANKING DETAILS?!!!!!! It was not us!!! Someone better contact me VERY urgently to resolve this or I will escalate this to the NFO and FSP,and also on social media that people be made aware that Synergy’s took an unauthorised debit order from one’s bank account!!!! EXPLAIN AND RESOLVE THIS TODAY!!!!

An unauthorised debit order was debited from our bank account today?!!!! When we contacted the bank the details given was BROLINK with an email address from a natalie from sage. It was not us Someone better contact me via messenger or I will escalate this and also name and shame on social media that people be made aware that BROLINK *****ulently an unauthorised debit order from one’s bank account!!!! ITS *****!!!!!! WE WANT ANSWERS AND THIS TO BE SORTED OUT AND PROOF THAT OUR BANKING DETAILS ARE NO LONGER IN USE FOR THIS *****ULENT DEBIT ORDER!!!!
