My wife is on Pfizer's Biological called Enbrel. It costs us R8700 per month out of our own pockets as my Medical Aid option does not pay for it. It comes in injections pens like Diabetic insulin pens. The one pen was faulty and the issue was raised on 4th of August with our Pharmacy in Cape Town. It is today the 1st of September and we have still not received a replacement or a credit for this singular pen which costs R2175 each as there is 4 in a monthly pack. We have been given the most horrific non service run around which is shocking and frightening. If I did this in my job I would be fired. My wife's needs her new dosage tomorrow and I may need to have to go and buy another months treatment for R87000 just because their service is non existent. My wife is also in the Pharma industry and her company is shocked at the way this has been handled and maybe we should consider looking at an alternative when she gets her injection back. I suppose they are making so much money with the Covid vaccines they don't care about customers paying thousands of rands for their products.
Great service from the Fedhealth claims team.
I could not get hold of them via their website and wrote my issue here on Hello Peter. I got a standard reply mail from them but they have not addressed my issue by son having 2 Zone Fitness contracts at the same time as he first one was not paid up but still approved a second gym contract. This is crazy and they know they are wrong and will not respond back to me! I will keep posting how bad their service is when dealing with complaints.
Hi Zone Fitness, I have tried to use your contact us on your website and it does not work it just times out and I have tried three times now so I am resorting to this. I found out from my son yesterday that he is paying your lawyers De Vos for 2 gym memberships for outstanding monies at the same time that is due to your company. How is this possible and I will do my homework and find out if this is legal? Your Gym must have known when he signed up for the second membership that he still owed money on his first, so how can you still let him sign a second contract? This is crazy as he should have paid the 1st contract complete before he could sign for the second one. Don't you have checks and balances or is about just taking people's money without any concern. This is very concerning to me as my son is young and I get the impression he is being taken advantage of. I look forward to hearing from you soonest. Regards Glen Wambach
