When you subscribe to zoom fibre you must know that you will pay for the whole month then enjoy for 2weeks. Then send them a message they will tell you about the technicians that you need to wait for weeks for them to come and attend their fibre. The bad part about it they will tell about compensating the days that their internet had a problem, but never live to their promise. If only they knew how everyone in the house depends on the internet they will make fixing problems their priority, their service it's so disgusting if I could find a substitute I will cancel it asap , because hei I have heard enough.
Yoh☹️ zoom fibre neh I regret the day I decided to join your company I have never struggled with internet like this before, I give up now it's gonna be my third week now complaining it's a lot for something that I'm paying for. The technicians came on Tuesday fixer it but later that day it wasn't working,the whole day it won't work later in the evening it will work but not on all the devices. I don't think I will recommend it to someone else.
I'm still waiting for "the technicians" it's been 2 full weeks without network whose gonna compensate me.
I'm disappointed how zoom fibre treat their clients,I had no connection 2 weeks now due to a beeping red light of LOS on the router I have log a ticket several times I was told maintenance will reach out to me till this day i still have no network and I work from home,I don't want to mention their call centre team they just don't care,this is how black society been undermine at our cost,zoom fibre network you're destroying people with bad tendency of not attending issues in time,why are you introducing something that inconvenience society at large your services is extremely bad.
