Zoom Fibre are the most unprofessional company I have ever in 50 years dealt with. They DO NOT call back, They have below par consultants who have absolutely no clue on what they are doing or saying. I am waiting for an activation and all the consultants can vomit back is "The FAULT" has been lodged. What FAULT! I have spent the whole day trying to get an answer from useless keyboard warriors who have no brain capacity whatsoever. It is now 17:35pm I am still waiting for a callback that was requested at 9:00am. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, YOU WILL BE SORRY! If you want proof of their incapacity and idiotic and non existent customer service, never mind actually providing any feedback as you cannot speak to a consultant, its all digitalized with idiots in control. Save yourself time and money - STAY AWAY from this useless company. Mercia Fourie

I urge consumer watchdog organizations to investigate this price gouging. It's unacceptable to force customers into expensive plans without alternatives. Zoom Fibre's decision seems more focused on profit than customer needs. I hope they'll reconsider or offer more flexible options. I paid for zoom fiber on the 4th of March,the installation guys came on the 9th and said the signal team would come so that it would connect.The signal team came on the 15th and said that there's a problem and that the installation team needed to come back on monday which was the 17th to fix it,those people never came till today,I called,sent WhatsApp messages and all I could get from them was that a ticket has been lodged for me and that they would call me back and they never did. I am a student and need internet for my studies and I am still struggling. Last week on the 2nd april I asked for my money back to look for something else,the lady said she's asking for me to give them one last chance and so I did,she then transferred our call to the installation department where I was then told that they would fix it in 2 day,they still did not come.i texted again today and sent them proof of payment and my bank confirmation and she then told me that the refund won't happen immediately.....I am so stressed for my studies over anything else

Goodday zoom fibre kindly please attend to my zoom wifi network I lodged a complaint on Saturday reference was given kept following up but nothing is happening you services socks at orange farm yet we pay a fortune for the whole month to experience bad network and younare not even taking accountability My ref is :ZF009JOJ I'm from orange farm ext 8a Contact me asap on : 0724149434 or refund me my money I can't be complaining every month if there is problems regarding the zoom fibre it is your responsibility to let the customers know we have kids who attend school.who need to use wifi i work from home I can't work now because of you incompetence

Zoom networks went out of business through sheer incompetence in 2023. This included the theft of a significant amount of pre-payments. If you are posting a positive review on this page you have selected the wrong company. There is another internet company called Zoom Fibre. Do not confuse the two.

After an inactive account, we tried to reconnect our home wifi connection again, we have been trying to contact them since last week, spoke to a lady called Marvellous or Mavel, she could could barely assist over the phone, and when we asked her for assistance to help reactivate the account she went around in circle trying to explain something I could not understand. Anyway at the end she I formed me that we are currently connected to coolideas, and they need to disconnect - which will be done on the 31st and we will get out connection after coolideas has disconnected their network. We have been trying to contact Zoom Network since this afternoon, with no success of being reconnected back to our home wifi. (I don't know if they understand how important having wifi is these days.) After being in contact with their office via email, we were told the wifi should be connected after an hour, this is after calling them at 4 pm. It's now 6pm still no home connection wifi from Zoom.

I'm disappointed how zoom fibre treat their clients,I had no connection 2 weeks now due to a beeping red light of LOS on the router I have log a ticket several times I was told maintenance will reach out to me till this day i still have no network and I work from home,I don't want to mention their call centre team they just don't care,this is how black society been undermine at our cost,zoom fibre network you're destroying people with bad tendency of not attending issues in time,why are you introducing something that inconvenience society at large your services is extremely bad.
