I'm disappointed how zoom fibre treat their clients,I had no connection 2 weeks now due to a beeping red light of LOS on the router I have log a ticket several times I was told maintenance will reach out to me till this day i still have no network and I work from home,I don't want to mention their call centre team they just don't care,this is how black society been undermine at our cost,zoom fibre network you're destroying people with bad tendency of not attending issues in time,why are you introducing something that inconvenience society at large your services is extremely bad.
