Zoom Fibre are the most unprofessional company I have ever in 50 years dealt with. They DO NOT call back, They have below par consultants who have absolutely no clue on what they are doing or saying. I am waiting for an activation and all the consultants can vomit back is "The FAULT" has been lodged. What FAULT! I have spent the whole day trying to get an answer from useless keyboard warriors who have no brain capacity whatsoever. It is now 17:35pm I am still waiting for a callback that was requested at 9:00am. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, YOU WILL BE SORRY! If you want proof of their incapacity and idiotic and non existent customer service, never mind actually providing any feedback as you cannot speak to a consultant, its all digitalized with idiots in control. Purchases a ASK Multidomain SSL certificate, No customer service, No assistance, 2 days of trying. 12 Hours of trying to do this myself, I cannot. Do not do business with this company, you will lose your money and still be stuck with the same problem. I have paid, they have my money, I have no SSL! Shocking, just shocking

This service provider is very unprofessional indeed. I have paid them over R1400 since 1 November 19. R649 for 100g Vodacom which was only activated on 4 November 19 this was disconnected on the 25 November 19 under the false statements of they are doing a portal on the network. 3 days later we are told their supplier had not paid the account! I did not get my 100g I prepaid for! Roxy then sent me an invoice an told me to transfer R399 for a MTN 60g SIM which I did and mistakenly the transaction went through twice. She said she would compensate me for the loss on Vodacom by topping up the MTN 60g to 100g. In the interim the consultant I was dealing with was not updating customers and redirecting them to Roxy Naidoo supposedly the owner, the same individual who sent me an invoice, happily took my money. When I expressed I do not wish to deal with her consultant, she blocked me on social media and by phone. I did inform her that if my January Pre payment was not effective by 12pm today 5 December 19 I would be paying a theft charge against her and her company. Needless to say she refunded my R399 Pre payment (January) The MTN SIM card was delivered yesterday 4 December 3.36pm at work, I was at the dentist and it was signed for by my work colleague and placed in my desk drawer. This morning I put the MTN SIM in my router and IT DOES NOT WORK! So I have not only lost R949 +R399, I have paid and have no connectivity at all for over R1000. I cannot contact her as she and her consultant have blocked me. I now proceeding with a theft charge against this scrupulous underhanded business and the owner for not only R399 but will be pursuing her in small claims court for loss of work and the time and airtime this has cost me. I have provided the SAPS with all the correspondence of her fraud. This company runs their business on Facebook, they are unregistered and will be dealt with accordingly, reported to MTN and to Vodacom is already been done. I don't understand why she could not fulfill her obligations as a business owner. I had hoped I got my refund (which I did this morning) and the MTN SIM I paid for and which was supposed to be loaded with 40g extra to compensate my R949 paid. I guess she does not operate an ethical business for which she will be dealt with by the law, My correspondence with her statements and then her denying me what I paid for is a lesson she will have to learn. Rain sim ordered 10 November 2019. Got a sms on Tuesday 12 November 2019 parcel out for delivery, noticed the delivery address was incorrect. I called and spoke to an employee (who's name I did not get as I was not in an office to note her name) She assured me that the address was updated and i would have to wait 24-48hrs for delivery. 13 November 2019, I called in again and spoke to NORMA, she updated the details and said I will receive delivery on Thursday 14 November 2019. At 5.38pm 13 November 2019, I received a call from the driver, promising to deliver my parcel on the morning of 14 November 2019. NO DELIVERY TOOK PLACE ON 14 NOVEMBER 2019, BY THIS TIME I HAD BEEN ASSURED BY NORMA, THE DRIVER AND SOCIAL MEDIA THAT DELIVERY WOULD TAKE PLACE. 15 NOVEMBER 2019 NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY. I CONTACT THE SOCIAL MEDIA AND AM ASSURED THE DRIVER WILL CALL ME NOW 11.42AM. 1.35PM I CALL RAM AGAIN, DEMAND TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SO JASON PICKS THE CALL AND ASSURES ME HE WILL CONTACT ME BY 2PM. WELL JASON DID CALL BACK AT 2.05PM TO INFORM ME THE DRIVER HAS BEEN HIJACKED AND ALL HIS PARCELS HAVE BEEN STOLEN AND THE POOR DRIVER IS SITTING IN A POLICE STATION. I FEEL FEATHERS FOR THE DRIVER, HAD HE BEEN MAN ENOUGH TO COMMIT TO HIS DELIVERY WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY ALREADY THEN THIS REVIEW WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSTED. RAM COURIERS DO NOT GIVE A CONTINENTAL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, HAD I NOT CALLED IN FOR THE 4TH TIME, THE DAY WOULD HAVE PASSED WITHOUT ANY CONTACT TO ME. EITHER WAY I AM STILL SITTING "PIE N THE SKY" RAM HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PLACE, THEY DISGUST ME PERIOD
When purchasing the unlimited LTE from Tech Global they never answer the phone, complain and they block you in social media, then make you wait a full week then dispatch your goods on a Thursday afternoon thereby ensuring you wait a further 7 days for delivery. Do not use the courier option, they use Aramax who take 6 days to deliver your item. Charged R299 for a delivery that takes longer than 6 days from Bloemfontein to Durban. Aramax and Tech Global are bad service providers period. Tech Global make use of your money for extra interest in their account, charge you R299 for a courier delivery that takes 6 days. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY THEN MAKE YOU WAIT 14 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. Complain and they block you on social media instead of rectifying the problem.
R299 paid for a service. 6 days later still no delivery. Do not use Aramax they do not deliver in time. They lie saying the driver has the item in him and will deliver before 12pm then before 5pm. Still no parcel. They do not have the experience to handle parcels, there automated voice saying your package is in good hands is a blatant lie and misconception of the service they do not offer. Rather send your items with Door to Door couriers or Postnet. They are cheaper and faster. Aramax staff and dispatch managers are LIARS they do not know anything regarding customer service or to run a business. RIPOFF R299 6 DAYS STILL WAITING
