I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Zoom Fiber. My internet has been on and off for some time now, yesterday and today I don't have internet at all ,it has a red light and despite repeatedly reporting the issue, their service has been completely unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they say they’ve lodged a ticket and will call me back but they never do. As a student, reliable internet is critical for my studies, and this ongoing problem is causing me serious stress. I even requested a refund so I could find another provider, but Zoom Fiber refuses, claiming the service is “working” on their side. They have also stopped responding to my messages and phone calls, even though I have already paid for the service. I would not recommend Zoom Fiber to anyone who needs dependable internet. Their customer service is unresponsive, unprofessional, and their service cannot be re**** upon.
I paid for zoom fiber on the 4th of March,the installation guys came on the 9th and said the signal team would come so that it would connect.The signal team came on the 15th and said that there's a problem and that the installation team needed to come back on monday which was the 17th to fix it,those people never came till today,I called,sent WhatsApp messages and all I could get from them was that a ticket has been lodged for me and that they would call me back and they never did. I am a student and need internet for my studies and I am still struggling. Last week on the 2nd april I asked for my money back to look for something else,the lady said she's asking for me to give them one last chance and so I did,she then transferred our call to the installation department where I was then told that they would fix it in 2 day,they still did not come.i texted again today and sent them proof of payment and my bank confirmation and she then told me that the refund won't happen immediately.....I am so stressed for my studies over anything else
