After an inactive account, we tried to reconnect our home wifi connection again, we have been trying to contact them since last week, spoke to a lady called Marvellous or Mavel, she could could barely assist over the phone, and when we asked her for assistance to help reactivate the account she went around in circle trying to explain something I could not understand. Anyway at the end she I formed me that we are currently connected to coolideas, and they need to disconnect - which will be done on the 31st and we will get out connection after coolideas has disconnected their network. We have been trying to contact Zoom Network since this afternoon, with no success of being reconnected back to our home wifi. (I don't know if they understand how important having wifi is these days.) After being in contact with their office via email, we were told the wifi should be connected after an hour, this is after calling them at 4 pm. It's now 6pm still no home connection wifi from Zoom.
