Zoom networks went out of business through sheer incompetence in 2023. This included the theft of a significant amount of pre-payments. If you are posting a positive review on this page you have selected the wrong company. There is another internet company called Zoom Fibre. Do not confuse the two.
For 7 years I have had the misfortune of dealing with Pharmacy Direct. (My medical aid forces me to use their services.) During that time I have had countless problems, non-deliveries, incorrect deliveries, duplicate deliveries, late deliveries, incorrect pricing to name just a few problems. On 2 occasions I was sent the medication for someone else. When I brought this to their attention they never came to collect it and I had to dispose of the medication which was valued at several thousand Rand. On all occasions when there has been a problem - dealing with the call centre has been almost impossible. The call centre staff are extremely friendly but have no power at all to resolve any problem. Everything always has to be referred to a pharmacist who you are unable to talk to. Needless to say - nothing happens and another phone call or email is required. Almost every query/complaint requires numerous emails or telephone calls to try and resolve a problem. This is the most useless organisation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I have been with Axxess for many years. They were a superb organisation with call centre staff that were a pleasure to deal with. What has happened? The staff, without exception, are now poorly trained with almost a total lack of the ability to read or to understand or to communicate. They now join the worst of the worst call centres. I have been struggling to get an answer to a relatively simple problem since May this year. I have been dealt with by David van Aswegen, Athandile Nganye, Sinethemba Kani, Lukanyo Magaba, Ricardo Samson and Siyamthanda Nongqokwano. Maybe this is the first problem. Why are 6 different people all dealing with the same ticket number. There is no continuity and each one of these people fails to take into account the poor advice given by the previous agent. If anybody with any training and understanding is left at Axxess and happens to read this - please bring some sanity to this issue. It is all on record on your system on Ticket:##mh0fb0a7j6. I would love to get this problem resolved. In desperation I have had to open an account with one of your competitors where everything is working perfectly. What a shame that a company that was so good appears to have gone to the dogs.
