Zoom Fibre are the most unprofessional company I have ever in 50 years dealt with. They DO NOT call back, They have below par consultants who have absolutely no clue on what they are doing or saying. I am waiting for an activation and all the consultants can vomit back is "The FAULT" has been lodged. What FAULT! I have spent the whole day trying to get an answer from useless keyboard warriors who have no brain capacity whatsoever. It is now 17:35pm I am still waiting for a callback that was requested at 9:00am. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, YOU WILL BE SORRY! If you want proof of their incapacity and idiotic and non existent customer service, never mind actually providing any feedback as you cannot speak to a consultant, its all digitalized with idiots in control.
