Firstly when u call to talk with their agents before they become rude to you they refuse with their names so it's hard for you to lodge a complaint against them, not once I've experienced this. Secondly it's about the RATES they charge us that are high and ridiculous and when u try them to explain to u whatever u not happy with u will never get an answer, you will be sent from pillar to post till u get tired. This morning called several times every time I ask for clarity regarding my Bill/ statement for this month they drop the calls on me. After receiving the current statement with a big amount I requested other statements from January this year, they sent me I checked all 4 of them and noticed that I was charged huge amount this month especially on sewerage, I called to ask where is that amount coming from the 1st agent dropped my call, 1nd one did the same, the 3rd did the same. Once I mention my query they drop the phone on me.
Worse experience ever, no accountability, no respect for. Customers at all!! I have a contract with Cell C and my agreement with them was to debit at the end of the month, come Dec they sent me msg telling me that my debit order will deduct on 27th Dec I called their customer care to query the debit order date they said if mine is month end I should ignore the sms it's circulated to All contract customers, till yesterday my biggest surprised for January I'm being charged R70 extra as late Dec payment penalty, again I called to query the consultant said they were sorry for the inconvenience, refused to transfer me to the next person for clarity and way forward. When I asked her name she said "Cebo" and refused with her surname. Cell C u are the worst service provider!!
