My credit application was declined, yet an instalment went off on my account for the amount of R693.93. All I want is a refund please. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from Wish. After 5 years now I'm still waiting on my order from them. Correspondence with them sucks as one can only do so via their website which is hopeless.
Please be aware of this company. In Dec I did a credit application which was declined. However, few days later I noticed the first installment being deducted. I contacted them and spoke to a lady called Nuraan who apparently told me that she don't see anything on their portals. I had no other option but to now deal with my bank as not even the proof I sent them helped. To this day nothing has been resolved and I'm still waiting to be refunded. I'll never ever deal with them and don't advise anyone else to to so. Partners is blaming Happy Pay and vice versa, but the application was done for a purchase at Partners. :(
Please be careful when applying for online credit with Partners. Mine was declined yet payment was taken from my account. When contacting them I was told nothing is reflecting on their portals even though I sent them proof of the payment that was deducted from my account. I'm now having endless problems getting a refund. Eventually I had to contact my bank who is now dealing with the matter. 😔😭
