I took my car to Mace after hearing the hype bout their service from a friend. Well they diagnosed the problem quickly and at this point I was impressed. Later they delivered me home after I left my car in for repairs. I was questioning some prices politely and asking for a breakdown of costs when I was surprised how I was given attitude. Further I was not able to be offered a lift that day seeing they were busy. I understood and they offered one in the morning. Come 12 there has been no contact with me for collection despite me emailing them. Mace is not as cheap as I first heard and not as friendly.
I took out a phone with Nimisa Reddy this January through MTN Direct. The key selling feature of the Xperia is that they are waterproof. My Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is marketed as being waterproof on the Sony Website. Have a look at this link: [URL Removed] It clearly shows a Z3C being used under water. I contacted Nimisa and she said today that the phone is not going to be repaired under the warranty due to them not covering water damage. <br> <br> I am not sure how this can be the main selling point and yet they don't cover this under the warranty. Please explain?? <br> <br> I demand that my phone be replaced and that it be made clear in future to further customers that the warranty does not cover the features of the phone. <br> <br>
